1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Dreamverse, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Medical & Spiritual Disclaimer

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Dreamverse is designed for spiritual reflection, Biblical study, and personal entertainment purposes only. The interpretation and insights provided by the AI model do NOT constitute medical, psychiatric, psychological, mental health, legal, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any physical or mental health concerns.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Dreamverse may offer premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time purchases:

Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time within your device's account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to submit harmful, threatening, abusive, or unlawful content. We reserve the right to limit or terminate service access for activities that compromise platform security or violate third-party terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The original content, software, branding, UI designs, and features of Dreamverse remain the exclusive property of Dreamverse and its licensors. Scripture quotations are credited to their respective public domain or copyrighted translation owners (e.g., NIV, KJV, RVR1960, ARC, TCM).

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dreamverse, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
